Asheville, NC.—Metropolitan Medical Services announced today a new tool for their customers to track and backup electronic service records for all the anesthesia equipment serviced by the company.
Using the company’s website, and a unique username and password, service customers log in to access the maintenance records for every machine in their facility that is currently being serviced by Metropolitan Medical. The innovative system allows the facility to easily and quickly track service records and maintenance schedules. In addition, it provides an off-site backup for the records, and provides a paper trail for every anesthesia machine for auditing purposes and regulatory inspections.
“By providing our customers with easy access to all of their electronic service records, we offer this additional service to help manage the service records for each machine,” said Jeff Rhinehart, CEO, Metropolitan Medical Services.
The new system is currently being offered as part of Metropolitan’s extended warranty service package, and as an upgradeable option with all other service maintenance agreements.
